Our standard turnaround time is 5–7 business days after artwork approval. Within 1–2 business days of placing your order, you’ll receive a digital proof to review. Production begins once your proof is approved. Changes after approval may not be possible and could result in additional fees or delays. Artwork or setup fees may apply depending on design complexity, and we’ll always communicate this upfront.

Within 24 hours of placing your order, you’ll receive a link to your project dashboard where you can upload artwork and provide engraving details. We recommend high-resolution files such as .SVG, .EPS, .PDF, or .PNG. If you don’t have artwork, we’re happy to help with basic design and layout.

We offer both shipping and local pickup. Shipping costs are calculated and added to your final invoice once order details are finalized. You’ll be notified as soon as your order is ready for pickup or has shipped.

Laser engraving removes the top layer of a material to reveal what’s underneath, creating a permanent and precise design. Because of this process, we cannot change the color of the engraving—the final color is determined by the material itself. Ask us about full-color options if you’re looking for a specific color result.
