FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS



HOURS

We are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. We are closed on most major holidays. If your schedule prevents you from visiting or calling our store during business hours we will try to accommodate you to the best of our ability.

 



ART REQUIREMENTS

Logo files provided in the following format types are accepted: EPS, SVG, CDR (Coreldraw), AI (Illustrator), or vector artwork. High resolution PNG or JPG files are used when no other option is available. If possible ensure art is converted to curves.



PROOFS

After art and engraving information is provided we will send a proof with the layout and design via email. After we receive your approval, we will proceed with the engraving. Please note that uncaught errors in a proof may require a remake and additional charges.

 

 

 



ORDER FULFILLMENT

Our general turn around time on orders is one week or less. Custom jobs take can take 1-2 plus weeks for more complex orders. We will always work with you to meet your event date deadlines, even if the turnaround time is short.



RETURNS

Items may be returned if there is an order error or a cosmetic problem.



LOGOS AND PRIVACY AGREEMENT

We presume you have the legal right to use any logo, trademark or copyright supplied to us for reproduction. We sincerely respect your right to privacy. The information you provide to us will not be used or sold in any way other than to fill your order.
