Artwork Submission Guidelines

Preferred Artwork File Types for Laser Engraving:

· EPS, SVG, CDR (CorelDraw), AI (Adobe Illustrator), or vector artwork.

· If possible ensure all text is converted to curves or outlines.

Preferred Artwork File Types for Sublimation:

· Acceptable file types: EPS, SVG, AI, CDR, or high-resolution PNG / JPG.

· Minimum 300 DPI resolution for images.

Unacceptable Files:

· JPG, GIF, or other low-resolution images converted to TIFF or BMP.

· Resaving a file as a new type does not improve quality.

· Images from websites (typically 72 or 96 DPI) are not suitable.

· Please do not copy-paste the file into the email, as this compresses the image.

· Contact your company's graphic department for a High-Resolution logo.

Important Note:

· If you lack a high-resolution image, the laser engraving may not appear as professional. However, we will work with you as best we can to make the art you can provide suitable.

Additional Tips:

· Do not embed image files in Word or other documents.

· For optimal results, provide the raw artwork file in the formats mentioned above.
